This is going to be an interesting season. I can just feel it in my bones! Remember, this season is the eve of the much awaited, highly anticipated, "where-the-hell-will-LBJ-play?" 2010 season. As early as now we will see teams make major moves in terms of securing their future. Some will be assembling solid rosters as they consider themselves to be true playoff contenders NOW, while others will be busy trying to juggle salary cap space as they clean house and make room for the big named players who are due to be free agents next season. Believe me, we will be feeling the initial tremors of the 2010 "Big One" as early as 2009.

So I've decided to expand the media through which you can follow Points in the Paint. Yes readers - this one's for you. There's a new nifty widget on the right-hand side of the blog to make it easier to follow us on these varied media.
Points in the Paint now has a fan page on Facebook! Get updates on PitP's latest posts and get to interact with me, through your comments and wall posts.
Aside from Facebook, we also tweet. Yup! Stay up-to-date (to the minute!) with the latest posts and my off the wall knee jerk reactions and comments on the NBA news and transactions. I'll do my best to tweet as regularly as often as I can. It's a quick and easy way to get my two cents out there while I'm slaving it out in my day job. @PointsInDPaint
I found that tweeting with fans is more laid back, casual, and more convenient to do on our mobile phones.
I want to stay in touch with you guys. Feel free to tweet out your comments and questions. I will do my best to get you your fantasy basketball advice as quickly as possible. Of course, if your queries require me to do a little bit of research, then of course I will do my due diligence and get back to as soon as I've broken down those nitty-gritty details.
Finally, as you may or may not know, I am also a contributing writer for the fantasy-world-renowned blog, Give Me The Rock. Together with my boys, Nels and Patrick, GMTR is committed to bringing you the best fantasy advice on the planet. - Straight from the mad ravings of three fantasy basketball fanatics. GMTR is like my mistress. I show-up, sometimes unannounced, do my dirty work and am outta there. It's also where I like to get my 3-way posting action going on. I'm just kidding. Sort of. Seriously though, I'm honored that the guys over there welcomed me with open arms and searing hot cattle prods at the start of this year. Stay tuned as I will be doing breakdown of the annual GMTR Mock Draft Analysis. Get your bird's eye view of what some of today's more consistent and talented fantasy basketball managers have up their sleeves.
So buckle-up folks, sit back and enjoy this season's fantasy ride!
