Points in the Paint is a blog about the game of Fantasy Basketball.
Our goal is to be the one-stop website where you get that much needed information, strategy, and advice in order to win in your fantasy basketball leagues.
We want to deliver the information you need most in a manner that’s easily accessible and usable by you, the team manager. We’re going to strip down the NBA news and get down to the fantasy impact. We will bring to you the fantasy advice that matters most, “who to add.”
If you want to contribute content to the site or have any questions or need fantasy basketball advice, you can contact us at pointsinthepaint.blog <at> gmail.com. You can also reach us on Facebook.
Erik Ong – He is the creator, editor and lead writer of Points in the Paint. He is a fantasy basketball enthusiast, blogger and expert from the Philippines who has over a decade of experience managing make-believe teams. He’s been writing about the game of fantasy basketball for over six years and his works have been published in sites such as Sports Illustrated (dot) com, FHM (dot) com, NBA Philippines, and many others. He is also co-author of the book “Guts Make Teams Real” – A Fantasy Basketball Strategy Guide; so yes, in a way he DID write the book on Fantasy Basketball. Feel free to follow him on Twitter: @FantasyHoopla
Andrew Zhu - He’s still a rookie at fantasy basketball blogging, but is quickly tearing it up like Kyrie Irving. He got introduced to the game in 2009, during computer science class, where instead of paying attention to for-loops, realized he was out of the loop when his friends were always talking about fantasy. He pays strong attention to detail, looking at per-minute numbers, tracking which days, how many games, and opponents that teams play; breaking things down and analyzing the best angles to come out with that “W.”
Patrick Madden - He’s been playing the game of fantasy basketball for a very long time and is one of the co-authors of “Guts Make Teams Real.” He is currently on a fantasy sports writing sabbatical at the moment, but has been the brilliant genius behind the site’s NBA Schedule Grid and the ever useful Player Rater.
